Rabbits groom themselves like cats, so there’s no need to give them baths. In fact, baths can be very traumatic for them so you should avoid that if at all possible. Also, be sure that if they are sexually mature, you get them spayed/neutered. You’ll need to find a rabbit-savvy vet in your area.
